Happy Birthday to me.
I gotta be honest, I never thought I would see 69 years.
Vietnam, 2 Divorces haha and Covid twice since 2020.
Still packing elk out Solo (2 in 2022) bone off the meat sure helps.
Keeping year-round work outs, 6 days on, 1 day off and keeping my winter weight down, 191--193 is helpful no doubt.
Adding the Steam Room workout twice a week seemingly has really help with my Covid lung/breathing issue as I only hit the inhaler once in the early AM and none thru-out the day.
Traveling someplace every 5-6 weeks is great, been on one already this year (my link)

PM's and text, I never realized how many had my cell ##.
I was 18 years old when I got to VN in late August right outta high school. I had a very high Draft # so I just joined the Navy.
My next trip is mid-March as I have a couple of you axing me about the Boulder/Fishlake and Monroe LE Bull area's.
Plus, the Kaiparowits HAM hunt..... I'll post up pix ect Before the appl. deadline for Utah.
I've been helping suggest some weight lose support for a couple of you and what I have been telling them is my motto when I was 254lbs. @ 6'1, was Not to Lose the same Pound Twice!!
I kept this pic of my fat azz self the wknd before I went on my diet, years & years ago, just so I can remind myself to keep the focus on my health and workouts.
