Wow, anyone going to Terry Peak TAC it seems harder and harder every year to get registered even when you’re counting the clicks of the clock to hit the go button!!

The July time frame might be nice it’s been pretty cold and shitty up their in the past, could still see remnants of snow piles a couple years

My son and I will be there. Shooting all three days at 830 am. Gotta be prepared for anything in the hills. They have had snow in July before. Staying in Sturgis at my parent's house. Haven't been to TP proper in a LOOONNNNG time. Probably the last time skiing in college 35 years ago. Used to do our boy scout winter stuff at the base of the mountain too. Looking forward to it. Doing Broken bow as well. Much shorter drive....lol. We got in early. Pretty seamless this time. I was totally done and paid in 13 minutes. Broken bow was much crazier for me.

Ya that’s poor calendar reading on my part. For some reason I was thinking April. Not end of May. High elevations may have patches still tho. I know up north just got more last weekend and heard another 2’ possibly coming this week

There was snow on the top of Killington last year for that same weekend for the Vermont event. Pico is a little lower in elevation, but it’s still possible there could be snow at the top.

My mom and dad were in Australia/ New Zealand the last month so missed a couple of the storms. Sounds like it's happening again today. Brotsky are you shooting TAC at TP?

Nick, we have gotten over 60" this year at my house, which is a ton for the prairie. Going to be a tough winter on our critters.
I will be shooting TAC at TP each day Brian.

I’m about 3 hrs SE of Brotsky, and we’ve gotten a little more than average snowfall this year. The heavier stuff keeps going NW of us! We’re supposed to get another 8” tomorrow, though.

Jeeze. I remember growing up we’d have a couple 1-2’ storms and some bigger 2-3 footers too. Last big winter we had was 2013-14.

We shoot at 11 each day Brian. Good chance you'll find us around the lodge afterwards enjoying a cold one. Look for the guys with mullet wigs! Ha!

Wife and I got our signals crossed regarding who was going to register us, so looks like I'm taking Monday off as we're shooting Sunday @ 1 pm & have a 9 hour drive lol. oh well it's a fun event.
