Anybody have any experience with the Wasp Havalon broadheads? Was wanting to switch to replaceable blade and curious if these are seeing any problems with blade retention or breakage on bone hits.

I have been shooting them exclusively for the past 3 seasons and Wasp in general for the last 20+ years. Great Quality broadheads. The Havalon is probably the best flying head that I have ever shot. Blade thickness, strength and sharpness is among the best out there. No breakage concerns here. You won't go wrong with these heads or any of the Wasp heads for that matter.

Great company. Still made right here in Connecticut - unlike the conglomerates that are sourcing and building everything overseas. One of these years I'm gonna switch to them. Hopefully they don't get bought out and ruined like so many other quality heads.

Haven’t shot them, but I shot the their Boss’s for quite a few years, and they were an excellent head. The Havalons look similar to the Boss’s.

I shoot the Boss and would have no concern shooting the Havalon. Will be hard pressed to find a better tip on a replaceable blade broadhead than on Wasps.

Thanks, I will order a few to try out. I've been shooting 2 blade Solids for the last several years and tired of sharpening blades.

Very happy with Wasp Sharpshooters; replaceable blades, super sharp, fly great. Wasp let’s you make a test 3 pack of any 3 heads, suggest trying a Havalon, a Drone, and a Sharpshooter, then see what flys best for your set up…..
