Got my wolf skull back the other day from having it cleaned by beetles. My first shot spined him and the only shot I had on him next was a head shot. It was at a bit of an angle so my arrow bounced off his skull hence the mark on top.

Looks great. I use a dab of hot melt glue where the bone meets on each side to eleminate the tie.

This reminds me…. I saw a video taken by a guy who was being challenged by “a wolf” he said.
It was a fox. A GRAY fox. And he was afraid of it. Revolver up and ready. Either protecting a den or rabid, I’d guess.

Rattling junkie, the bear I killed over bait, couldn't get him loaded because he was too big so had to skin him out on the spot, outfitter buddy thought close to 800ish. My first bear so I can't judge them very accurately.

One of my wolves had a skull fracture. Not sure what it was from. Maybe got smacked in the head by a brown bear or maybe someone took a shot at him the year before. Who knows, but it’s pretty cool!

It is the actual skull. it was engraved and then did a type of bronzing

My taxidermist finally got around to measuring the skull and he said rough score was 22 6/8
