They seem to have hit the market with a full catalog of accessories. Are they an existing company re-branded? If not, I would think it would take a lot of capital to develop a full line of products.

I don't thin that is the same. Bow sights do not appear on their product page and the redline logo is different

They seem to take great pains to make sure they don't list any hard address or phone number on their website. Also no mention of a warranty on their products or where they are made.
It looks very much like some Marketing genius went to China and arranged for a bunch of products to be knocked off and add their logo.
