UT Spike/Cow

Can someone explain to me the UT Spike/Cow archery hunt. Is there one tag that entitles you to shoot either? Are these tags OTC first come first serve. Can you hunt any unit with this tag?

I haven’t read the updates for this year but yes. You can hunt all the limited entry units with this archery tag. There were 1 or 2 that you could only kill a spike in. Not a cow.
But most, you could kill either.
The archery tag also is good for the any bull units. You can go to any unit and hunt with that tag. You just need to abide by the rules of that unit.
These particular tags also were unlimited.
Again, I haven’t checked this years changes just yet. I don’t think it’s changed but I could be wrong.

It's in here but I haven't read every word nor units.
There are only 2 LE units ya can't Spike/cow hunt in now.
I think Monroe unit ya can't arrow a cow with the Spike tag.

If you’re looking to archery hunt Spike/Cow elk every year there is no better deal than Utah.
