CO small game refund

I applied for a CO mule deer tag this year. I got my CO small game license in the mail. Can I get a refund if I do not draw the big game license?

You could probably contest the fee on your credit card but what would be your reason?

No. It was required to enter the draw and is non refundable regardless if you draw or not.

The short answer is no. You have to purchase a “qualifying license” in order to apply in the big game draw. Refunds for said license would defeat the purpose of the rule (AKA money train).

Thanks. If a purchase is required, then I am good with that. I just haven't hunted CO since they added that and wanted to double check.
