Teal is ready for the Yard Hopper archery goose season. He has pass four Started Hunt Tests and is now Titled, SHR. Turned one year on June 6th.

Congrats Paul! I have never run the UKC tests but much respect for those that do run them. I enjoy training immensely. Just wish it didn't get so blam hot where I live in the summer to be able to do it more.

Thanks for the nice comments. I will be headed for another Hunt Test this weekend July 8-9,at the Casper Wyo. Club. along the North Platte River. This will be another two day, back to back test and while he has accumulated enough points for his Started Title, this will be more for the additional experiences of being around other dogs, and the excitement of a Hunt Test. In the past two tests, I had someone else shoot the popper shot gun but this time I will be doing the blank- loaded, shot gun shooting. Just another step in his training to be steady at the line/blind. Fun stuff to see a dog with a job. My best, Paul
