Wyoming leftover draws up

Not meaning to gloat, but I did get a leftover bull elk tag. Just because it's in one of the worst units to try to archery hunt in doesn't mean it's THE worst unit to try to archery hunt in. Ok I'm just ecstatic to have a tag. Anyone else get lucky?

I like your attitude. You're going to be hunting elk and not sitting home crying about draw odds. Same reason I've pretty much given up on antlers.

I didnt realize 7 was a "bad" area. But, ive never hunted it either. Takes quite a few points if im not mistaken.

Area 7 = Superherds! (and lots of private land)

Area 7 takes 12+ for guaranteed odds I can’t imagine theirs leftovers

I was thinking a few Type 2s left but looks like not this year. They took 2 PPs to draw in 7.
