What might this deer score per PY? or even BC

For those of you that like big racked mule deer bucks. I stopped by this historic hotel, built 1911, in the town of Medicine Bow Wyoming on my way back for the Casper Hunting and Retrieving Club's Hunt Test trail.

This mount was on the wall. Do not know then it was killed. Tons of history of the West in this area.

Looks like maybe it survived a fire at one time?

We used to stay in that hotel while antelope hunting. If I recall, it may be haunted:)

Still a very cool place!

Those bucks were shot around 1980 give or take. Scotty who was the owner (and still might be I’m not sure) killed them on his own property north of town. My dad hunted it once. He said he missed an opportunity on a monster buck because he thought it was an elk at first.

That hotel is where I stayed when I first hunted out west. We’d shoot an antelope in 2 days then hunt mulies on a ranch north of Scotty. I used to stare at those bucks and dream of shooting something like that. I still do! The pictures don’t do them justice.

So many places out west that hold some seriously nice deer mounts! Place is Colbran, Colo. that is owned by an outfitter we hunted cats and Mulies with had 4 walls of quality deer killed around that area. Glad they are still on display. Some kind of drop tine.
