Biden Democrats have blood on their hands. Oh they will deny it…but ITS THEIR POLICY FACILITATING THIS ATTACK; thanks Democrats. ——- The Biden administration has contributed both to the notion that Hamas was a legitimate Middle East player, and to the perception that the U.S. was backing away from its traditional support for Israel - to the delight of Hamas - based on the following inexplicable policies:

1) In February Secretary of State Blinken had bragged that not only had the Biden administration resumed massive aid to the PLA cancelled by Trump, but cumulatively had transferred $1 billion - even as Palestinian authorities bragged that they would continue to pay bounties to the families of “martyrs” (i.e., those killed while conducting terrorists attacks against Israel).

And millions of American dollars also went into Gaza, run by Hamas - despite the Biden administration’s efforts to keep mostly quiet the resumption of such inexplicable support. In this regard, note the current shameful State-Department (“U.S. Office of Palestinian Affairs”) website news release that was posted after today’s attack. It ended with this quite embarrassing, morally equivalent admonition:

“We urged all sides to refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks. Terror and violence solve nothing.”

"All sides?" "Refrain from retaliatory attacks?”

So Israel is the moral equivalent of terrorists executing civilians and brutalizing their corpses? And the IDF then is not supposed to retaliate against these killers?

This Biden State Department insanity cannot stand. So expect some apparatchik to take down this Munich-like posting as soon as possible.

Yeah, there is more;

2) The Biden administration had recently released some $6 billion to Iran through a prison swap deal that saw South Korea hand over embargoed Iranian money to Qatar - despite Tehran’s increased anti-Israeli rhetoric and its loud brag about the escalation. We should assume money for rockets (Hamas claims they have launched 5,000, and have received 100,000 of them via the Damascus airport) and weapons in general for Hamas were supplied by Iran, which again is likely the chief catalyst for this surprise attack.

3) Almost immediately, after his inauguration Biden mobilized to resume the bankrupt Iran deal. And in unhinged fashion he appointed the anti-Israeli bigot, pro-Iranian journalist Robert Malley as America’s chief negotiator. Note that Malley is now under FBI investigation for security breaches, involving disclosing classified U.S. documents and also for allegedly helping pro-Iranian activists and propagandists land influential billets inside the U.S. government.

In short, there was a general Hamas and Iranian perception that the Biden administration had resumed the discredited Obama madness of empowering Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas. This discredited agenda was to “balance” the power of Israel and the moderate Arab Gulf governments to achieve “creative tension”, exacerbated by Biden’s loathing of the government of Benjamín Netanyahu (who has been snubbed by Biden and never invited for an official visit).

What has this liberal Democrat agenda got us;

Upon the ascension of Biden and his woke military agendas, we saw the following:

the complete humiliation of the U.S. in Kabul in its most shameful flight in 50 years and greatest abandonment of equipment in its history;

followed by Vladimir Putin’s opportunistic invasion of Ukraine;

followed by China’s new belligerence and escalating threats to Taiwan;

followed by Turkey’s new de facto alliance with Russia and recent drone encounter with the U.S. air force in Syria;

followed by the Hamas/Iranian inspired attack on Israel - with more to come unfortunately.

And will Biden finally get the message from the attacks on the Ukraine and Israeli borders, that borders matter and we too are being invaded, with the encouragement of the Mexican government and to the advantage of the cartels whose fentanyl exports kills 100,000 Americans a year?

From: Beendare
07-Oct-23
But but what about that bad man Trump.

Well at least we didn’t have a war on the Mexican border that will cost us trillions over the next decade.

We didn’t have a war in Ukraine…or now the middle east…in fact we had a peace treaty in the middle east under Trump.

We didn’t have China eating our lunch….and we didnt have massive crime and inflation sucking the life out of us.

The policy changes initiated by Biden Democrats are not only wrecking the US…but the world.

Good job Democrat voters…

But trump facilitated January 6th insurrection. He paid off a porn star. And he’s been indicted more times than I can count. And now he’s been charged with fraud in business. He evaded the draft. And he’s filed bankruptcy.

Additionally, he’s divorced. He’s a moral train wreck. And oh yeah, Lauren Boebert is getting divorced and Matt Gaetz paid off an under aged prostitute.

And oh yeah, January 6th.

The Biden admin has given Israel the cold shoulder while recognizing the historical bad actors. Now those bad actors are acting on their threats and its Democrat policy at the root of it. Too late to say- Oops. ..connect the dots starting right after Bidens inauguration to see the policy decisions that started this catastrophe.

Prayers sent to all of the families affected by this mess…including the inevitable US servicemen.

Some pretty horrible reports and images coming out. You have to have some really deeply entrenched hatred to gun down random women and children and then desecrate their bodies.

And we have people in our very own congress that defend these people.

They need to take over Gaza. They need to hit Iran, and all their nuclear facilities. They either end this threat now, or they will never get rid of the animals. We now got cells all over our country, due to the no security on our own border. Also the Republucans better get their head out of their ass, elect a speaker and move on. They act like 10 year Olds. All this while, China keeps building the greatest military force in numbers, not having to get involved. When the time is right China will move. I think the leadership of our country is pathetic. Thank you for the summary Bruce(beendare)! It’s a horrible thing that is going on and will soon affect us all.

I’m sure the indoctrinated, leftist liberals on bowsite are trying to figure out how to counter the truth you are speaking. The best Grey Ghost could come up with is, why are you saying it, don’t you have hunting to do? Like him and bigeasy, KSflatlander, soccermom, etc don’t spend hours writing up on every single non hunting related thread on bowsite, and take the wrong side on every issue.

Also, watch how mainstream western news is careful to not call Hamas terrorists and will keep repeating that Israel has declared war, like they started this whole thing?! The news will shift this into an overreaction by Israel and not feature the horrific acts of violence that are being perpetrated by the terrorists Hamas, torture, rape, child murders etc.

That place is a mess. It is doomed to be in poverty being ran by terrorists and without a workable relationship with Israel for import, export and travel. The history there makes that highly unlikely.

If Israel cleans out Hamas, there will be another faction more than willing to pick up where they ended and plenty of outsiders willing to support them.

Care to cite any evidence of this? If you're referring to the $6 billion, it was *their* money, it is (still) being held in a foreign bank, and they can only spend it on *humanitarian* needs, subject to US approval.

(It will be interesting to see how much humanitarian aid they offer to the civilians affected by this war. On either side.)

" If you're referring to the $6 billion, it was *their* money, it is (still) being held in a foreign bank, and they can only spend it on *humanitarian* needs, subject to US approval."

From: Catscratch
09-Oct-23
Of course Iran wouldn't shift funds around and make it look like something it's not. It's not like they said they would spend the money however the hell they wanted to anyway! They're completely trustworthy. Plus the impression we give to them that we are weak because we back down to terrorist threats probably has nothing to do with Iran's likely funding of Hamas and escalation of a war. We give up terrorists to Russia, then give Iran their money back. They're obviously shaking in their shoes at our power!

I'm sure none of those weapons we shipped to Ukraine or left in Afghanistan has made it to the wrong hands. Silly to think that might have happened, and in some way strengthened Hamas and their backers into striking out against Israel. This whole thing is sad/ugly, and it's on our hands.

Absolutely not, I have zero evidence. I don't even remember claiming I had evidence. I thought my post was so obviously sarcastic and speculative that no-one would even question that I had evidence. I read a lot of articles over the weekend that made the same claims, even one in which a Congresswoman made the same claims. Because none of those provided evidence or proof I read them as speculation also, and therefore won't link them. They are no different than the nazis or isis. Do you see the videos on twitter? Everyday palestinians cheering and spitting on a dead woman. Beheading soldiers, raping and killing children. I have a brother in law who was in the military back in 73 when a similar situation was present. As he recalls felt like it was the start of WWIII.

About 5% of the Israeli population is mobilized, schools and day care closed indefinitely. HAMAS will use the captured civilians as pawns, no doubt Iran is backing them and Russia almost always backs Iran. Any HAMAS Palestinian causalities will include skewed statistics, given the fact that a lot of the missiles fired fall short and land in the GAZA strip, killing their own people. Tricky situation, but one thing is sure the current US Administration will likely screw it up somehow, just like everything else. Like my wife told me Sunday, you need to stop watching the news and get into the woods. You then made a statement that you don't seem to want to prove when asked directly to do so, and it very much appears that you actually do blow stuff out of your ass exactly the same as I do.

Let me ask you another question; Should I ever take you seriously? I answered your questions but you refuse to answer mine in return? Matt, chastising me for my rant….isn’t that typical of Democrat arrogance and hypocricy.

Not a single Democrat has admitted…..”We effed up”….including the many excuse makers here. DEMOCRATS OWN THIS…but they are too hypocritical to admit it…they would rather not be reminded of the policy mistakes…calling my facts out as “ Rants”

Calling out my rants- Ha, thats a typical liberal tactic- never admit a mistake, lie, call out the messenger…and ignore the facts. I can make another 10 posts citing NYT articles praising Bidens reversal of Trump policy with the Palestinians and Iran, letting Palestinian's into his circle of influence, comments by Democrat Squad members, possible sharing of secret Israeli intelligence reports….

Coming out now saying we support Israel is not only too little too late….its a ploy so that folks dont examine the facts of the situation.

More from the Democrats;

Blinken goes so far to delete tweets that called for no retaliation.

The Squad- all members of the Dem party- have been running interference for these Palestinian orgs for along time…now we have demonstrations in NYC making excuses for this terrorism.

Multiple Harvard student orgs came out in support of Hamas ( probably young MAGA folks eh Matt?)

Anyone claiming that is simply uninformed and not getting the facts.

One of the first things Biden did was reverse the Trump policy on Iran and the Palestinians. Search it, easy to verify.

Did you know the Iranian folks Biden and Blinken were cozying up to were convicted of treason- passing on US secrets? Who gave them those secrets? It wasn’t conservative Republicans. Again its at my link but easy to verify.

In some ways, you could make the argument that their failure was actually an overestimation of the enemy. Hamas essentially went back to the Stone Age to plan this attack. Sophisticated technology to do surveillance is essentially meaningless if the other side is going dark.

They seem to have failed in other ways as well, including underestimating Hamas' intentions in Gaza, ignoring warnings from sources that something was in the works there, and being more focused on security around the West Bank.

Big, there was obviously a failure on multiple fronts. Israeli intelligence has notoriously had what's considered an elite undercover program which would negate technology.

I'm just wondering out loud here, talking to hear my head rattle type of thing. No proof or evidence so don't ask. But have any of you considered the idea that Israel knew this attack was going to happen but chose not to stop it so that they would have an excuse to counter attack with excessive force? I agree with soccer that both sides would relish the chance at wiping the other out. Hamas doesn't need an excuse but Israel does. Israel knows that their ally's wouldn't condone unprovoked excessive force. It kind of adds up when you consider the generational hatred they have for each other and the fact that Israel's intelligence is normally much better than this.

More Americans dead than were held ransom fir the $6billion. So many questions:

Would a Conservative US president leave Americans stranded as Biden has in Afghanistan and Israel currently? My guess is no.

One thing is for sure: the hostage taking will increase when the Bidens of the world capitulate to these terrorists.

Then: will some pacifist Gazans be stuck in the middle? Yep… And Israel will get blamed by the weak minded but Hamas was willing to sacrifice innocents in their rampage.

"Does it not trouble anyone that the Dems aren’t even debating the presidency? When have you ever seen that happen? Can’t have an election when it’s WWIII."

It's becomming their common practice. They didn't debate it or campaign last time... Xiden couldn't get a dozen supporters to show up, and Trump had tens of thousands of rally attendees in towns with a fraction of that as their total population... yet Xiden 'won' with a record number of ballots(not votes). Practically nothing has been done to keep it from happening again. So why would the Dem establishment bother to campaign this time when their political fallout is exponentially worse? They can't. They won't. They cannot win debate on the merits or results of their policies... and they don't have to because they cheat, they're corrupt, and the media, deep state, and state and federal judiciary is largely on their side... yet they project that the Republicans are a threat to democracy. Weird right? If they ultimately feel they can't maintain power with the cheat, they'll start and inject us into a major war, even bring it home and declare martial law to thwart the vote. I'd put nothing past them whatsoever. The far left has more control in this country now than it ever has, and they're not about to let go of it peaceably because of what the majority of Americans want.

We jump from one crisis to the next, ...and they keep people in fear, all the while manipulating and corrupting. Good point. I recently watched the movie, “Don’t Look Up”. Based on the discovery of an eminent extinction sized comet strike to Earth, I found it funny and somewhat entertaining. With Leonardo DeCaprio being the lead actor, I suspect climate change was the inspiration for it. But, the reality of it exposes the impact that politics, and greed has on our society, despite the reality, and urgency of the crisis situation. If you follow current politics, you’ll definitely see the similarities between the movie and what’s going on in America today.

As for the whole Israeli / Hamas war. Hamas is horrible. I'm hopeful they are beaten down fully. I'm suspect that any peace will be long-lasting given the history of that region of the world and the ease with which extremism is developed and sustained today. In the end, it's an act of utter barbarism, which leads to even more human death and suffering, which will last for years, and lead to the radicalization of new people.

The 6 Day War was a complete domination of Israel over several of it's neighboring countries. If I remember reading about it correctly Israel was very patient with those countries until they tried to join forces, then they hit them hard and swift. Pushing them into a corner resulted in very harsh retaliation.

Currently Israel has the electricity shut off to Gaza and have said they will not return power until hostages are released. I'm wondering if our media will applaud the effort to save hostages, or denounce the effort due to possible collateral damages? It's a sad way to fight but militants tend attack civilians and hide in ways that put civilians in danger. Our administration is going to have to make some tough choices in the very near future.

From an Article on NYU;

New York University’s Law Student Bar Association on Wednesday moved to oust its president, who had penned a controversial pro-Hamas column in the school’s newsletter, as school brass issued yet another statement condemning the comments.

The backlash came a day after group president Ryna Workman posted a message accusing Israel of “state-sanctioned violence” and saying it bore “full responsibility” for the barbaric and highly coordinated terror attacks that killed more than 1,200 Israelis Saturday.

On Wednesday, members of the Student Bar Association released a statement saying they did not “write, approve, or see this message” before it was published, and said Workman did not speak for them.

The SBA board moved to remove Workman, who identifies as non-binary, as president, a process that will require two hearings……

I’ve been all over West Africa, and if you look deep down, it’s very hard to find value in the Muslim religion. Historically there has never been a nation that has converted to Islam without violence, nor has there been a nation that has been freed from its iron grasp. At any time that the more fundamental or extreme Muslims assert themselves, there is absolute compliance, and with that genocide or at the very least severe mistreatment of non-Muslims, regardless of race. Of course, it gets complicated by tribalism, and sect but through the blurred lines is the common thread of oppression of the human spirit.

At some level, I can understand having a pro Palestinian viewpoint, but the protest those views within days of these atrocities is unbelievable.

If Hamas is not dealt with this will not be the end, I hope they get crushed beyond remembrance but the fact is they have the majority of Muslims support in the entire region. Why, because Islam makes people into animals bottom line

It is not that strict. But you have to have a government permit. In recent years there has been a 30-40% denial rate for permits. There is no laws about carry if you can legally own the gun you can legally have the gun.

However in the wake of this attack they are relaxing the laws a bit. I had someone say that because they have the 2 year mandatory that many don’t get permits and carry because there is always a relatively large armed population. At least around the main military locations.

They are going to move on Taiwan. Russia will provocate Japan. This country is not ready for war. It's not geared up. Has not enough fuel At this time our country needs a Warrior. Biden is not it. I fear for my grandson. We have not fought on our soil since 1812, I fear its coming. I am no right wing Republican. The Democratic Party has left us. Dems need to retake the party, presently they want not what is best for this country. It's a real shame.

Obama is not naive. He's just showing others on the left the safest way to support Israel without supporting Israel and condemn Hamas without condemning Hamas.

Thats smart because too many on his side have been honest with their reaction and honesty is rarely a good idea for them.

Re Obama, I’m taking his words to mean Israel has to be careful how they accomplish wiping out Hamas….without a wholesale wiping out of Gaza. I saw a stat that the vast majority of Gaza population is children.

To state all Gaza res are terrorists is not accurate-many sympathizers sure…but when Hamas won the democratic election Israel initiated in 2008 (or 07?) Hamas shut down future elections and ran it like a dictatorship. Some of those people are trapped.

Then there is the chicken shit strategy of Hamas using innocents to hide behind- and the many shadow governments sponsoring Hamas- which complicates it for Israel. Its a mess for sure.

The facts show that the Democrat party has been pursuing a strategy of supporting the wrong groups- and it contributed to the cause of this mess. Give a couple hundred million to the wrong folks and sit back to watch the mess unfold.

Look up this Houthi leader’s negative comments towards the US and Israel….and The Biden admin has been funding them for years- WTF are you Democrats doing?

( this comment copied from Twitter and it shows his anti US sentiment in Arabic or whatever language)

Hussain Abdul-Hussain

@hahussain #Yemen pro #Iran regime militia, the Houthis, announced launching missiles and explosive drones on #Israel to support Hamas in Gaza.

When it took office in 2021, Biden admin took Houthis off list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Houthi motto includes “death to America, death to Jews,” kinda what you hear on some US college campuses.

I have not seen this anywhere else;

Biden Administration Pressures Israel to Give Tax Revenue to Palestinian Authority

So typical of This admin, watch what they do….not what they say. In this case, Biden playing both sides even though the PA totally supports and funnels money to Hamas. ———— Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the Senate Appropriations Committee that the Biden administration is calling for the funds to be released to support the Palestinian Authority’s governance of the West Bank, according to Axios.

“We asked them to release [the money],” Blinken said.

“The Palestinian Authority is doing everything it can to keep security and stability in the West Bank. It is vastly under-sourced. This is another aspect of the problem,” he added. ( Israel said no dice)

He said he took action due to “senior PA officials’ support for the horrific massacres of the Nazi terrorist organization Hamas.”

“The PA has once again proven the fact, about which we have been raising our voices for years, that it is a terror-supporting organization,” Smotrich wrote. ———

What am I missing here?

How many times is the Biden admin going to make the same mistake? They give these outfits $millions/ billions and instead of using it to feed their people, they buy guns and missiles….thats a fact.

Hamas Leadership: Ones worth 5 million, ones worth 3 billion the third is worth 5 billion. I watched a foreign interview of one of the leaders. He was asked with 500k of tunnels why don’t you use them for bomb shelters for the Palestinians? He said “those are for our security and planning and those people are 85% aliens and they are the UNs problem not ours”.

One of the recoded terrorists recordings showed them Tying up Husband, then ripping there young baby away from the mother. They turned the oven on high and threw the baby in. They raped the woman in front of the husband. When they were done they shot her in the head and then the husband. These people are a disease on humanity and everyone of Hamas need to be eliminated. Not one Islamic country has offered to accept any so called Palestinians. Egypt has sent armored vehicles to prevent any Palestinians from coming to Egypt. The entire Islamic states view the “Palestinians as trouble making trash.

Some say, we should pull our personnel out of the small bases, in the middle east.... those small units, have been keeping ISIS in check.

I do agree, we know the satellite units who have been hitting them, a stronger response is needed.

As a Democrat for many years, our party has failed the country, and we have no credibility, with a unsecured Border. This party, has gone radical left, lost common sense and decency, and Biden is a disaster, who has endangered our safety. If war broke out, we do not have enough fuel alone, for our air units. Think about that.

That’s been the end goal of our politicians. Continued weakening of American might is the result of both parties. Not just Democrat.

Even in our weakened state, we have the most mighty military forces on this planet. Our Islamic enemies know they can’t attack head on. Which is why our politicians have stalked building a wall. If you can’t stand toe to toe with your adversary, you’ve got to go gorilla warfare.

The next 20 years in this country is going to be bloody and catastrophic for America. From within. Served straight on a tray to every American. Courtesy of our house members.

But, let’s elect another career liar. They’ll change it.

There is an incredibly well researched article on Iran/ Hezbolah/ Hamas at my link from Hudson.org, “Bankrupting Iran’s empire of terror” by Nate Sibley

He details the how, why and how much Iran has been doing to sponsor terror in the middle east and where the money comes from, by who and where it goes.

Excerpt

Iran’s rebounding oil exports also indicate a significant relaxation of enforcement activity. United Against Nuclear Iran, a group that attempts to track Iran’s oil shipments, estimates that Tehran has generated some $80 billion in oil revenue since President Biden entered office. Saeed Ghassemi Nejad, an Iran scholar at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, has conservatively calculated that this is between $26.3 billion and $29.5 billion more than Iran would have exported under the Trump-era sanctions. Iran has now received as much as $50 billion in total sanctions relief from the Biden administration, according to some experts.

The Islamic Republic was never a sincere negotiating partner and should be treated henceforth as the implacable US adversary that it has always openly declared itself to be. Neglecting to robustly enforce sanctions on Hamas’s chief state sponsor would directly contradict the Biden administration’s own clear commitment to support Israel. Not only reinstating but expanding the maximum pressure approach is the only credible path to constraining Tehran’s malign ambitions.

I'm from white European ancestry and grew up in a very religious family and now in my 60's can still remember from young age family members discussing how America should never turn our backs on Israel, and if we do, we are doomed... Mom always said the Jews are God's chosen people...

Timex.....not "trying" at all. God absolutely said the Children of Israel are His Chosen People. That doesn't mean others can't receive His blessing.

If my people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Timex? - I was raise in the church (NOT Judaism), but was made to go to church Sunday mornings, and evenings, Wednesday evenings and Friday evenings... My parents separated when I was 2, and never remembered them together and I'm the only child, both parents never had another... Anyhow at age 15, I rebelled and went to live with my dad and my church going days were over until later married and the wife and I took our children to church when they were young until we separated when they were 14 and 11,,, they are now 41 and 38... Since they were young, except for marriages and funerals I have not been in a church... I consider myself spiritual but not religious, I get my church from the woods...

So for the question " God's eyes one certain group of folks take precedence over another"... From what I was taught from a young age, yes the Jews are God's chosen people, and personally believe that is why they have been persecuted for centuries...

Personally, I'm now in the mindset of Native Americans... Paraphrasing Chief Quanta - "The white man goes to the church house to teach about Jesus, the Indian goes to the tipi to talk to Jesus"...8^) Of course that was while he was eating peyote...8^)

It is possible, in my opinion, that God caused the United States to be founded in Christian principles and blessed this nation with prosperity and strength in order to defeat Hitler, liberate the Jewish people and re-establish their homeland in 1948. Hopefully He has further use for the US, even in our state of decline. If we reject Israel and deny her help in this war, we will be but a footnote in world history.....IMO.

Looks like Israel is going to occupy Gaza until Hamas is totally wiped out. I think the only way to get to maybe to a solution is to totally wipe out the enemy and a full occupation like we did with Japan. Still doubtful but the current situation is untenable after the October 7th massacre.

"I think the only way to get to maybe to a solution is to totally wipe out the enemy and a full occupation like we did with Japan."

That is correct, IMO. As long as there are any Hamas terrorists left alive, they will continue to attack and kill Israelis. That hatred began in Abraham's time, and won't end as long as they (militant radical Muslims) are allowed to live. The only way Israelis can deal with them is to kill them, because if they don't they will kill Israelis.

The Brits have a reporter on the ground and Piers Morgan presses him insinuating Israel is creating more of a problem ( which Obama has stated recently too)

The reporter, Douglass Murray blows Morgan out of the water, powerful interview. He finishes it off with a comparison of Hamas to Hitlers SS…and he says that many of the Germans regretted and tried to hide their war crimes….Hamas does it with glee and no remorse- a much worse state of mind.

Clever…and better than flooding the tunnels….

Israel using the oil field sounding technology to map the tunnels in Gaza… Article link to Real Clear wire.com

Excerpt, more at link; Currently used seismic equipment could locate tunnels using a system of geophones and pulse generators. However, personnel placing the geophone data acquisition equipment on the surface would be exposed to small arms fire and potential capture. The need to potentially expose personnel to attack while emplacing geophones would seem to defeat use of this well-understood technology that could readily and accurately locate Hama’s tunnels.

At its most basic, a seismic system can map layers in the earth’s surface. To do so, as seen in the figure below, a source generates a seismic wave. This wave travels through the earth and reflects off reflecting subsurface layers, such as the roof and floor of a tunnel, and these reflected waves are collected by a receiver. A source and be anything that generates a seismic wave.

"The Declaration of Independence states that Americans are created, entitled and endowed by their Creator, therefore, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is with God. What we have in American today is people without God, and it has turned to crap for government."

I agree that a large percentage of the American people have turned away from God. But that doesn't mean God won't still use this nation to achieve His purposes, just as He has done throughout our history. I believe He used this nation to save the Jews from total annihilation during WWII. After that the conditions were right for Jews to migrate in great numbers back to the Promised Land which God gave Abraham thousands of years ago. God may use the power of the US to ensure that Israel will never be driven out of their land, or be held in captivity ever again.

God uses imperfect individuals and nations to achieve His Perfect Will.

"I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you." That's His promise to Israel. I hope the US heeds that warning.
