Is there a company out there that makes custom bibs for cold weather deer hunting from a stand? My wife is struggling to find a pair of bibs that fit her and keep her warm. She is 4'11". If there are no custom makers, any recommendations for her to look at?

Look at day-one camo. They built me some to my specs within reason. You might have to buy then get tailored. Good luck.

I have a set from Gray wolf woolens. They may still be around?

Sitka Fanatic bibs are super warm. They make women’s sizes so maybe in her size?

For a truly custom set, Gray Wolf Woolens is your best bet. Expensive, but tailored to the measurements you provide. Top Quality too

Sadly, Day One no longer makes bibs. The new owners cut out a lot of products.
Grey Wolf would be my next choice. They make awesome stuff.

So day one was sold, did not know that it sold. I'll have to check and see what they cut out.

If Gray Wolf is still in action (I'm guessing yes from all those comments above), their stuff is top notch and they have always been super to deal with when I've bought stuff in the past. Worth a look.

Laurie at Gray Wolf Woolens is the person to provide what you need. The customizations she has provided for folks are amazing and functional. Her and Bill will not try to up-sell you, just work to meet your needs. Have your wife talk with them and she’ll be satisfied. It’s not inexpensive but it’s bombproof clothing with great customer service.

There’s a guy on the MA forum that says he builds custom clothing. Maybe check him out.

Gray wolf woolens are great, I've had a set since 2006, they look like new, I got the warmest they had, still not very worm compared to other brands that are out there but very durable

Gray Wolf be the way to go, will get a lot of yrs out of it, I have a hooded coat that I have had for a few yrs and still good as when I got it. You pay for what you get but in the long run it is worth it.

Another vote for Gray Wolf Woolens. I bought a custom set of coveralls from GWW in 2007. Still use them today. Best clothing purchase for whitetail hunting I've ever made.

Thanks for all the info. My wife took a different direction and ordered a IWOM suit. She got it last night and tried it on. She was able to wear it for a few minutes in the house before getting too warm.

The Sitka Fanatic series is a game changer in my opinion for cold weather hunting. The price tag is steep but if your looking to get custom made it may not be as big of a shock to the system.
