Haven't seen a rut report thread yet. I apologize if there is one out there already. What you all seeing out there? Headed to SD Tuesday for 11 days. Hope the big boys are on their feet! Good luck this Sweet November!

This morning here in NW Wyoming, I had 6 different bucks file by behind a doe and 2 yearlings, it's starting.

As could start in very early november and be good for a couple weeks. . Happened that way last year at least Look for lots of bucks chasing Does as an indicator it is happening

Got a text from a buddy (in southeast PA) he had a buck chasing a doe past his stand before first light...............all he could see were shadows.

SE Iowa, I bumped a good buck with a doe on my way into the stand the other day. Had a doe come through right under me with her rear and back hair all roughed up like she had been bred already (only speculation). Scrapes are really starting to show up.

Last Wednesday, I watched a small 3 x 4, chasing a doe in and out of my food plot. My hunting buddy had the same thing (fork horn) beginning of last week. Hopefully the big boys get involved real soon.

SC rut has been wide open last two weeks. Lots of chasing going on. Of course our peak breeding is 10/25-11/07 per SCDNR.

Saw two bucks pushing a doe around yesterday evening in north central WY (Sheridan). First signs of rutting behavior I have seen this year.

Based on the road kill in Ohio and PA I would say it's on. Had 2 buddies kill good bucks for the area last Saturday.

There seems to be more bucks than does on my camera's. Because of the buck to doe ratio, I am thinking it will be a quick rut, over fast. Just my theory, might be wrong.

very slow in NW NJ - as the full moon set in the action went to near nothing. Cameras went dead. Sightings of anything but a spike rare - the does seemingly went underground. I am just starting to see some signs of revival today. Very few mature buck sightings so far. I think 11/3 is the day it breaks open here - if I go just by calendar and history, that has always been the day or close to it.

It was rockin’ here in Ga this morning. I came off the stand at noon and saw 11 bucks in all - 5 cruising, 4 trailing and 2 chasing. The last one chased two does practically right under me at 11:20 and he was so locked in I don’t think I could have stopped him with an air horn.
I think the longest I went this morning without seeing deer was about 30 minutes.
Can’t wait for tomorrow!

Had a nice main beam 5x4 with a right forked G2 tending a doe at 5:30ish today just out of range... Luved his 10-point unique rack... I suspect they were breeding just out of view by the way they were acting...
