As far as the timing, that’s perfect! LOL…. So you’ve got no idea of there’s a bonus point pass or if it’s just a one tag random pass for non-residents. At least NV gives you last year’s quota so you don’t have to research.
They pretty much stay the same as Proposed.
Which made some people happy but others pizzed as people change their application after seeing the Proposed tags available.

I knew they were earlier last time. Years past they were released later which was pointless or maybe it was an isolated incident of being late one year.

Tiltz ~~ you could cross-reference the Proposed tag # and then look into the Odds for the actual tag # in your species/unit of choice and get an exact answer.
Thats the best I can do this 0315/early AM.
