Mine was Not white but as blonde as I have ever seen and taxidermist in Anchorage commented similarly

I guess the white grizzly was a female and delivered her first offspring of 2 cubs this year, but had become habituated to a section of road in a Canadian National Park and all three were recently roadkilled...

What am I missing? lol I’ve seen a dozen or so of these light blonde bears in Alaska. In my normal area I bear hunt the sows (especially younger ones) are this color and the boars as they mature turn to a dark chocolate color

That bear is not a blonde but mostly white, notice the difference in color from it's cubs... There are a whole series of videos of this white grizzly on youtube...

Maybe open hunting seasons on them so they aren’t as apt to become as “habituated”.

I guess it’s in the lighting, the cover of the video above doesn’t appear nearly as white as your screenshot. Cool looking bear! For comparison, this is what I was going off of when I asked what I was missing.
