I am trying to apply to CO but get this error:
Hunt Code: ********* cannot be purchased due to Business rule violation
I get it for deer, elk, sheep etc. Maybe wait 5 hours?

They are 82% more likely to draw if you apply on the last day. If you apply on day one you are 96.2% less likely to draw. Those are facts I got from Orion.

You need to buy a new license. If it expires before the hunt, that code comes up. It happened to me too.

I am very very close to dropping out of CO sheep. I have 15 points (drew 16 yeas ago). The only reason I am in is there is a slim chance we might move to CO.
I never thought I would drop out of a sheep draw but I am frustrated with states screwing the NR and have decided to try very hard to drop out of a state every other year. I already dropped AK and NV. Trying to draw out cow bison and elk in Utah then done there. Might give up an AZ.
