Lewis, which one? They have several heads that all work great, IMO.

I have had great luck with the 2 3/4 cut ones.

Same as Hunt. Had great luck with that head on turkeys.

I use vortex for everything. I love them.

I have been using them since the mid-1990's. My recommendation would be a 2" model with a steel ferrule for deer and one of the 2 1/2"-2 3/4" heads for turkeys.

Happy to answer any questions you might have.

I've used both the 2.5" 100 gr and 2.75" 125 gr on turkeys with great results.

Haven’t used them recently, but killed a lot of turkeys with them back in the 80s and 90s

Used them bear hunting last year and worked great. Bear dropped within 40 yards.

Mostly practice with field points. I do like to shoot the actual broadhead though. When practicing with Vortex broadheads, I wrap the head with electrician's tape to keep the blades from opening and dulling the blades.

Ken do see much difference in the field point and the Vortex head Thanks Lewis

Perfect arrow flight, the first time I ever shot one (circa 1993) I shot it into a target, I have never bothered practicing with one since.

I wish they still made the 3 blade 2". that was my go to turkey head for many years

Can't go wrong with them. Turkey to Bison, and African game too. Been killing with them since the early 90's.

I have used the 2 3/4” 125 on turkeys with great results. My favorite turkey broadhead no doubt.

I have used them no complaints.
