Josue Ruben Silva, 21, an illegal from Venezuela, is charged with fatally shooting two people in the Bronx
He entered the US illegally about a year ago and has already been busted half a dozen times this year on robbery, theft and gun charges and skipped out on a Bronx gun case
Silva is also suspected in a series of migrant moped robberies
RECORD: Reports say his first arrest was on Feb. 6 for petty larceny in Brooklyn
On Feb. 25, he was arrested for grand larceny and criminal possession of a loaded gun
Then on April 4 for robbery and on May 3 for possession of stolen property
SHOOTING TIMELINE: Reports say the victims were outside the Davidson Avenue building shortly after midnight when a passerby made a disrespectful comment to a 44-year-old woman
The woman’s boyfriend confronted the individual, who left and returned with a group carrying baseball bats
One of them fired a .40-caliber handgun hitting the woman, her boyfriend, and a 21-year-old woman who was struck in the arm
Two older victims were struck in the chest and later pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital. A third victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury

The Biden administration is boasting its border policies are now cutting illegal immigration, but a new report has exposed a veritable shell game that is effectively covering its "mass amnesty" designs by making the numbers of asylum cases disappear.
More than 350,000 migrants cases have "terminated without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim" by the Biden administration if individuals did not have a criminal record or were not deemed a threat, the New York Post reported Sunday.
Those illegals are removed from the legal record and are not required to check in with authorities, allowing illegals to live "indefinitely" in the U.S. without fear of deportation.
"This is just a massive amnesty under the guise of prosecutorial discretion," Center for Immigration Studies' Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge, told the Post.
"You're basically allowing people who don't have a right to be in the United States to be here indefinitely."
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials confirmed the clandestine operation to the Post, urging the exposure of the increase of disappearing asylum cases.
