I am considering trying a saddle this year for some of my whitetail hunting.
Does anyone have any experience with the Latitude, Method 2 saddle?

Bought a Trophyline Covert Pro yesterday. Neighbor has used Method 2. He liked it. The method 2 kits were on sale a week ago for $249.

I have looked at the ESS but wondered if it would be too cumbersome to keep untangled? I like the minimalist idea of it and John has used the concept for ever now. I’ve watched several of his videos on it and he makes it look easy. The price is especially good!
Trophyline has some good looking stuff. I know,I hate that I missed latitude’s sale!
I’m not completely set on the latitude, so other recommendations are welcome. I like the idea of the two panel design and having the option of getting lower back support.

I have one. It was my first saddle last year and will be my last saddle if that tells ya anything. You can set to lean and to sit. That why I like it handles both positions with ease. Just flip down for sitting and slightly pull back for leaning. Or slightly break open and just keep it for both.

I have the method 2 as well. Very easy to use for both a saddle and hanging treestands with the linesman belt. I have the XL 6’2” 225lbs. It does pinch a little in the hips, but you can position it with the separate back support to alleviate that.

I’m only 5’6” and fluctuate between 190-200. From what I read on saddle hunter, I could go either way with the sizing. Planning to do some more research and maybe even reach out to Latitude and get their opinion on which size to go with.
