Neighbor hood near probably a garbage can bear from the looks of it and there are probably people feeding it

He also gets food stamps from the state of CA. He's whats know as a Reliant Bear, much like 50% of the CA population. I know, i live here.

Maybe it’s been feeding on homeless people. Definitely an over abundance down here. Since it’s walking down the sidewalk during the day maybe it ate a hippie and is tripping out. Could be a meth bear. Maybe got fat eating welfare cheese.
