New Bow Vise

I needed a new bow vise for my new bow and a few people suggested the BAP Pro Vise. After some internet searches for different types of vises, that seemed like the best option.
So being the cheap senior I am, I built more or less a copy of the BAP. I have to say that for anyone wanting a vise, I do t think you could find a more functional design. Rock solid (at least my overbuilt one is) very easy to adjust for 2nd and 3rd axis and multi position for working on string and sights.

What’s the lead time if I placed my order day?? I’d be willing to pay an extra loonie or two, for a “Signature Series” too!

A few people have borrowed the vice now and it's proven to be a rock solid tool. Mine is over built and I've never had my hands on the BAP vice that its built off of, but the concept covers so many of the faults inherent in the ball head type vices.

Rod, what kind of money did you get into the one you built? I assume it wasn't a lot and it looks great.

Scoot, just labor. I collect and scrouge material whenever I see it. Having a well equipped shop helps, of course, including a lathe, milling machine and full welding capabilities.
My wife always bemoans "what am I going to do with all this stuff when you die?" I've lately began to wonder why she's SO sure I'm going to die first and even mentioning when I'm going to die.
