I’m in the market for a new bow and looking at Bowtech carbon Zion. The pro shop advised me to have string on tip of nose. This is not new but new to me. Have you switched to tip of nose? Feedback?

I use this method Tom.

Adds another anchor point for me.

I do the same... string on tip of my nose. And I also use a brass nock as a kisser-button.

I’ve never been able to have the string touch my nose on any bow I’ve owned. I have a small kisser button that works great once I center my peep on my housing.

I do tip of nose. Easy peasy!

It's a very common system that provides an additional reference point.

I do. I ditched my kisser button and started doing a tip of the nose anchor instead and have loved it

Yes. Always have.

Lots of people do it. I wouldn't mind if my bow went back to my nose to get the additional anchor point but that is a bit long of a draw for my existing anchor point. ATA length will alter the angle of the string as well and a shorter ATA will require a longer draw length to make up for it.

I use the tip of my nose as well. Use a little soft nock with the knot touching my beak … cheap way to recreate the overpriced Bowmar nose button.

Tip of nose for me.

Bou- glad you mentioned it first to take the heat. Before I knew what kind of guy he was I bought Bowmar nose button. Works like a charm

Yes, tip of nose and a kisser button in the corner of my mouth. I love to kiss the Bowmar Boner!

My accuracy improved when I went from the side of my nose to the tip 20 years ago

Yep. Used a kisser a long, long time ago. Much prefer using the tip of nose.

Ditched the kisser years ago and just anchor to tip on my nose now.

Always. This year I started using a thumb release and got rid of the kisser and went to the nose button. So far so good.
