I'm making an outfitter this list for an archery mountain goat hunt. As with anyone, the sooner the better! I've been through the outfitter reports and contacted Babine, Bolen & Lewis, and Lonesome Dove. Preferably the outfitter would have additional options for caribou, this isn't a requirement but would be great to at least have the option. Shoot me your recommendations!

Babine is my only mountain goat experience...absolutely awesome outfitter! However, there is an option to add black bear, but not caribou.

I’ve killed a couple with Jack and Lloyd at Babine. Great folks, great outfit.

I thought Bolen Lewis sold their concession?

They’re website is still active.

They haven’t posted any goat kills since 2020. I’m fairly certain they’re out of the game for goats.

Hoping to give another recommendation for Babine in about 3 weeks.

Echoing PAV/Kota-Man, I had a fantastic experience hunting with Jack & Lloyd of Babine. Was my first/only goat to date (also killed a black bear).

My hunting partner just sent me a message that he’s putting a 50” plus billy to bed tonight for opener tomorrow. That’s in Babine’s area.

You would not be disappointed going with Jack and Lloyd from Babine. Had the hunt of a lifetime with them.

Can't believe what a good mountain goat hunt goes for these days. $18,000+.

Wasn't it not long ago they were $7,500-$9,000? < 10 years ago?

Go now as it won't get cheaper. Go with the best so you don't have to go twice.

I’ll 2nd Nick and say Ed Toribio. Great guy, great guides. Lots of goats.

Babine is the name you will continue to hear on bowsite. Lots of guys on here have been there. Lots of good threads.

"Can't believe what a good mountain goat hunt goes for these days. $18,000+.'

For 2025, Babine lists their mountain goat hunt at $18,500...but that's Canadian dollars, so roughly $13,500 American dollars. Big difference.

I appreciate all the advice given so far. Babine is currently booked out to 2026 and not taking deposits yet for 2027.

Dennis Zadra runs a great place for goats as well in Cordoba.
