This was not a bow but a short 4 day hunt after namibia. Main goal was Red duiker and a big nyala. Would look for a big kudu as well but like 58 or bigger type kudu. After day 1 seeing a few nyala over 30 and a few red duiker I was looking forward to day 2. I knew I had to pass on nyala as we only had 1 more day on place with red duiker on quota. I got lucky just like my tracker said we were done by 8 am. He said we would be and at 757 we got are duiker. Passed a few nyala again and even saw a few more red duiker.

Day 3 was a new area but right next door to place we hunted. We passed a few early even passed a nice 53 kudu. When this nyala bull showed up there was no doubt he was a once in many lifetimes kind of animal. I had to take the shoot free hand at 80 yds as we had no times to get sticks up. The 300 mag sent the bullet true and I have my dream nyala. he was 32 x 32 1/2 and looked like a young kudu.
