I wanted to watch the archery figuring it would be something like that. About 30 years ago, a friend that only has one eye, was taking an instructor course. There was a guy on the line that only had his left arm and was holding a leather tab in his teeth. Was pretty impressive.

That is awesome. Long ago (mid 70s) I shot in an indoor 300 round near Chicago. It was a big event for us. The fella next to me had half an arm that he pulled his bow with. He had some type leather rig fastened somehow to his half arm that allowed him to do this. Anyway, I shot a decent mid 290s & he shot a perfect 300.

I saw final shots on NBC tonight, pretty happy for him! I've seen him on an outdoor show seen here in Minnesota a few years back. I see he still lives in Iowa. The outdoor show was on a bow hunt for deer. I have seen a few guys shooting with one arm and mouth tab, but think this is only person I have seen shooting with his foot/leg and mouth tab. Pretty damn impressive to this old man with two arms!

I have seen some amazing people come through our Physically Challenged Committee. Our former Chairman, was himself a quadriplegic. He was highlighted in a Sports Afield article several years ago. It takes his wife 3 hours to get him dressed for hunts. He hunts from an all trac wheelchair. His bow is equipped with a Draw-Loc, that he aims and releases with a mouth tab. Like Pete said, no one should complain, ever!!!

Thanks for sharing the link. I watched every one of the competitions....unbelievable. I have problems just bending over to put on my socks some mornings.....what Matt Stutzman does with his feet is amazing.
