Mathews z7 3 arrow web quiver question

Anyone know if Mathews offers replacement foam for their 3 arrow web quiver? I can't seem to find anything but hoping one of you gear gurus can help. Lost my best arrow today on an elk hunt as it fell out of my quiver and don't want to let that happen again. Thanks for any help you can give me. Doug

I buy yoga pads and cut them to fit. Not saying that’s what you should do. Just sayin’ you can find them a lot easier then quiver insert replacements.
