Help with Tactacam Reveal XB

Can anyone help me I keep getting what I call ghost pics of nothing on my camera I checked the area out for moving branches or anything that could affect the camera and it’s all clear . I tried to adjust the sensitivity down all the way to 2 and up to 9 for the same thing to happen. I also tried to call tactacam to no answer and also tried to email them w no answer back. . I do notice a pattern w the pictures times these were tha last pic in order 450 Am ,4:37 Am, 2:47: Am 12:57 AM. 11:07 Am 9:17 pm it seems to have something in relation w the number 7. I can’t figure it out any help works be greatly appreciated

I did and they sent me a link to do it yourself and I couldn't fix the problem
