With the private land tag can you hunt any private land you have permission on? If that’s the case, I need a private land tag, forgive me for the confusion.

PLO (Private Land Only) tags are good on any private land in the unit. Google Colorado landowner deer vouchers for sale and you'll find plenty of brokers (BTW, it is technically illegal for brokers to sell vouchers, but they've figured out clever ways to get around the law, which isn't enforced anyway.)
Whether there are any for those units this late in the game is the bigger question. Might be easier to find a unit-wide voucher than a PLO, since virtually everything is private out there anyway.

GG, the State Representative who sponsored the bill giving more tags to outfitt...whoops, "landowners" told me there was no evidence of third party voucher brokering. I sent her a whole list of tag brokers. Never heard back.

How is the WT population on the Arkansas River in eastern CO nowadays? Used to be some monsters. Now the tags are so easy to get for WT i wonder if there are still many mature whitetail around on private ground.

Way too many whitetail only tags, EHD and CWD have really decimated the population and definitely the amount of mature bucks. This is just what we have seen in the area we have hunted near there for the last 16? years.

Grey looks like Hwy 76 East out of Denver is open and by Wednesday conditions should improve. Matthew and T-ROY - I am going to donate this one to quality knee pad's across America - now we got 47 back into office. Common sense prevailed!
