Best Pistol Grip for Tripod

I have an Outdoors Mans pistol grip for my tripod. It will not hold the weight of even my lightweight spotter. Anyone have an opinion of the best, lightweight, pistol grip for a tripod?

Bob - find someone with a ball head and play with it for a little while before you buy another pistol grip type head. I think you will be sold. More compact and in my opinion much easier to precisely move.
