A Buddy got this pic of a local buck this morning. Our northern deer have big bodies and they do swell for the rut. But this guy is ridiculous!
He’s either really working out, on steroids or just has a tiny head!

Cool buck! Used to have a big boy like that in my old neighborhood. The fat would just roll on him when he ran and his neck was so big it overshadowed his rack.

carcus - As soon as I seen that photo before looking at where you're from, I thought that is a Canadian Buck... Man, they grow big and burley up there...
Back in the day VHS videos first came out had one called "Monarchs of Alberta" and they showed bucks looking like that... Luved that video playing it over and over to the point I think I wore it out...8^)
