Fan boot dryer, no heat USB

What are some good, lightweight portable USB plug electric fans to dry boots? I do not want any heat. I recently used Grakksaw Backcountry Bootdryer it was good I am looking for something a little cheaper. It must use minimal power (so not heat) since it will be powered by a 10,000 mAh battery I use to charge my phone.

Anyone? FYI I saw one in action or the first time and they are fantastic.
