i have a pair i use for work on occasion, mostly in the winter and spring when the ground is wet, muddy, or snow covered. my previous pair were muck boots that split in multiple places. i like the fit of the muck boots just a bit better but, the dryshod are better quality so far going on 3 years. again, i don't wear them every day or often so there's that.

My understanding is that the founder of Muck Boot's "No Complete Contract" ran out and he was upset what the investment firm had done to the company he created & the quality of its boots. So he opened DryShod to bring back quality boots and stick it to that firm. I've always been a Muck guy but they aren't as comfortable as they used to be. in my opinion. I bought my son a pair of DryShod last year and they seem to be very comfortable like the old Muck Boots. My next pair will definitely be DryShod, plus they are more affordable.

Have 2 pair. One is insulated for cold when I trap. Best boot and fit i have found.

I have a pair, not real happy. The outside is fine, but the inside liner is completely worn through to where it is hard rubber. I do walk a lot in them, but they are unusable after 1 year.

Long time Muck boot user;10 pair at least.Switched to Dryshod and really like them.I keep the for hunting only,so they do get a lot of use.One pair of light socks and I am good for 3 or more hours on stand.Replacements will all be DryShod.
