I know that his brother - Wayne Hill Outfitters is still going. Don't know about Billy. He's running for sherriff again( about the 5th time as a write in )

Is this the same Billy Hill I hunted with back in the mid 80's? I believe he also had a brother Dave that guided with him at that time.

He still lives in the same house on the Hill ranch, logs a bit, fishs a lot and runs for county sheriff every few years. I see him every now and then.
