Freeze drying velvet rack

My grandson got a nice little 4 point velvet buck and I want to get the rak done. There's a taxidermist called bows,bucks and bruins around ile de chaien who has done velvet freeze drying. Anybody ever try out his work?

My boy should be back soon. I'll let ya know.

I have not, but i did stick a small rack in the freezer for 6 months and it was done no problem. If its a small rack and you have freezer space, have at-er.
