Non Res archery elk opportunities?

I was wanting to start building archery elk points for NV, but looking through the regs I noticed there are no Sept rut hunts for non residents. Is this true? I see a few muzzle loader hunts and long bow, but no regular archery. Am I reading the regs wrong?

I now understand that the term "long bow" means compound or recurve/longbow

"longbow" - classic. They should just call it "archery" like everybody else does and define that it doesn't include crossbows.
