Application refund?

I did not draw this year with 2PP points for area 4. I now have 3 PP so I am sure I will draw in 2015 as I have drawn in the past with 2 points. Does anyone know when refunds will be sent out? Seems odd that I have yet to get mine back. Anyone else get theres back yet?

dont have it at my fingertips but you can download the application/regulations pdf file online and read it in there.
