Hi guys, I have a widow friend that has 201 acres of mountain land available for lease. She is asking $2000.00 for one year. (or more if you like) It holds turkey and deer and who knows what else. You can view the property using Google earth. Type in 304 High Top Lane, Decherd, Tn. I have not personally seen the property, I'm just doing her a favor. She said she has no problem with 4 or 5 guys getting together and leasing it.
