How's the scouting going?

Happy September out there. It's been a while since I've been on but I was wondering how everyone has been doing scouting the food sources. I haven't yet looked in the beeches but the oaks are producing for me for the 2nd straight year. The apples are there but very few on the trees. I'm seeing acorns falling from young oaks I didn't even know existed.
