I didn't kill a deer with a bow this year, never got the right shot opportunity so I had to rely on my flintlocks to fill the freezer.
I hunt with three different flintlocks, a 54., .44 and a 12 ga English fowler, I built the .54 and the 12 ga.
I got one deer with each of the above, the freezer is full
