New to archery, Asheville area

I'm completley new to archery and am looking to start out with a fairly priced traditional bow, before I get into shooting with compounds. I understand there isn't much cross over between the two tools. I just want to get my form hammered out before I drop a bunch of money on equipment. Either way, I am not familiar with any shops around Asheville, and definitely don't know which are worth the time.

You may check out Heritage Outdoors 3049 Hendersonville Rd Fletcher NC (About 10 miles south of Asheville) (Phone 650-9977) They have an indoor range, I think they lean more to compound bows.
