last minute question

I am a tourist coming to Kauai next Fri and found that there appears to be goats and pigs that can be archery hunted year round. First, can I show up with a hunter safety card from wi and be able to buy a license or do I have to go thru the mail and get my exemption after I am back on the mainland? Sounds like there are too many hogs and goats hence the season, anybody?

you can just go buy a license over the counter. A few different areas open up on Feb1. Lots of pigs and goats here.
