Anyone from NE hunting elk in NW CO?

I have one secluded cabin in NW CO on the northern end of the Flat Tops in the heart of the largest elk herd in the world at 42,000+ elk. The cabin is surrounded on three sides by the Routt Nat'l Forest just a couple miles away from the Flat Tops Wilderness.

If you know of anyone tired of wall tents and drop camp experiences and looking to hunt in comfort out of a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath cabin with 1/2 mile of private river frontage (great Colorado River Cutthroat), I'd appreciate you sharing our info.
