Archery Units Deer

Has anyone had any experience with units, 4, 5, 14-15 and 16? I am looking at these units as possible options for this season. I like the back pack style week long high country hunt in August. I have been hunting the Rubies the last couple of years. I hear 14 is steep similar to the Rubies. How about 16? Looks like lots of country.
