I am already seeing acorns on the reds & whites in my hunting spots! A couple branches got blown down in the latest storms and are covered in baby acorns! Love it! Nothing like a bumper crop of whites!

Over in southern Surry, if I didn't have post oaks I wouldn't have acorns at all. :(

(NoVA area) Last year the White Oaks behind the house were thick...as in scoop shovel thick -- this year, not so much.

seems just the rite amount.the deer are walking thru the oaks feeding and i hear the acorns dropping but not so many the deer can stay at one oak and fill up.in the nortern neck
