Unit 23 Elk Rattlesnake Mt area

My Dad and I drew a unit 23 Rattlesnake mountains type 1 tag for Elk , but due to unforeseen events we are now having go early for the archery hunt (Not that we mind this is our preferred method of elk hunt). Not looking for any honey holes and such but more good pointers on better camp locations. If you have any info on best possible locations for elk I would not turn it down as we are from AZ and not able to scout. We are going up mid Sept and staying to end of month. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I've not been to that area, but if you're going the last half of September the bulls will let you know where they are since the rut should be going good before you're done.
