Anyone have any info on the status of the whitetail herd out in ND? Looking to grab an over the counter tag and do something different. What's the whitetail population like out in the grasslands, worth pursuing? Not necessarily after a velvet buck, I'd be happy with a doe and just getting out of the house so not picky.
