Towers in the Desert

I was driving around in the desert, Unit 46 near Filer, and saw these towers. They had ladders and little platforms on top. I looked at them on a topo map and it said that they were lookout towers. One was by Berger Resevoir and the other was just off a road. Has anyone seen these or know what they are?
