Anyone still baiting bears?

I have a friend that is thinking of going up for one last try next week 9/29-10/2. Was wondering if anyone is still baiting/hunting bears and what kind of activity your seeing? He will be hunting SNF on baits he hunted the first week of the season. I realize the grouse hunters could be a issue.

Most people stop baiting after the opener. Bears are still out there just have to find a remote, undisturbed spot. Some people speculate that bears are moving to their denning spots at this time of year and if a bait gets hit it is more of a sporadic thing.
