Just a reminder for everyone to be safe and go slow when tree stand and to be secured the whole time from the ground up. I used to use a short tether and got into a rush and forgot to clip in and took a 22 ft fall so please everyone go slow and be safe. This is coming from a arborist who climbs trees every day. I was very fortunate to walk away and am hunting with x bow as my strength is not there for my compound . Have a safe and great season. Keith

The older you get, the longer it takes to heal. At least the Xbow has you back archery hunting.
I checked one of my ladder stands over the weekend, and it definitely needs some new straps.
