SD GFP Commission Meeting RedRossa Convention Center Pierre 12/15/2016 1-5PM No Proposals This is another excellent opportunity to meet and discuss issues we care about with Commissioners. Suggested Topics: - Public Lands Transfer - Ending All non-depredation January Deer seasons - Eliminating unlimited NR archery licenses (limited draw) - Revamping how landowner preference licenses are allocated. Reduce % and mandate on their own land. - Moving back to past traditional rifle seasons of 9-days vs. current 16-day seasons. POST RUT - Shoring up access to BLM, School and Public in 'contested' areas
